AIRWIDE SOLUTIONS EXPANDS ITS EUROPEAN STRUCTURE

Reading, UK, May 3, 2005 - airwide solutions, a leading global provider of innovative messaging and content delivery management solutions, today announced that it is extending its strategic sales team in Europe through the appointment of Juergen Aurand, Sales Director Central Europe and Mike Dunn, Sales Director Northern Europe.

Juergen Aurand and Mike Dunn will be responsible for developing our customer relationships and building brand awareness throughout Central and Northern Europe. Additionally, Mike Dunn has the responsibility for developing the company's partner accounts at a strategic level including; Ericsson, Atos Origin, Cap Gemini and HP. The team will continue to support and bring innovative messaging solutions to our existing customers, which includes T-Mobile- and Vodafone Group.

Over the last year there has been significant growth in terms of subscriber and messaging services across Europe. Aurand and Dunn both have considerable experience in the mobile services industry, with Aurand joining airwide solutions from Openwave and Dunn from Mobile Enterprise. The new team will be working to demonstrate new growth strategies to mobile operators across Europe and to establish airwide solutions as a definitive leader.
