AIRWIDE SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD MCDOWALL AS VICE PRESIDENT FOR LATIN AMERICA

New Orleans, LA - CTIA Booth #6415 -- March 14, 2005 - airwide solutions, a leading global provider of innovative messaging and content delivery management solutions, today announced that Richard McDowall has been named Vice President for Latin America. McDowall will guide the strategic efforts for the company's direct and channel sales in Latin America. He joins airwide solutions in his new capacity effective today.

McDowall brings a strong background in international sales management and operations to airwide solutions. Previously, McDowall was vice president of sales operations for StorageTek and general manager for Comverse Network Systems where he was responsible for building the Latin America business. McDowall was also regional vice president at EMC Corporation where he expanded the sales strategy for the company's Latin America region.
