AIRWIDE SOLUTIONS ADDS TO ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM

London, UK June 13, 2005 - airwide solutions, a global leader in providing secure messaging and device management solutions, today announced that it has appointed Kevin H. Wiant as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy.
Mr. Wiant will be responsible for defining the company's strategic market direction and driving key business development activities worldwide. He will be instrumental in securing key partnerships vital for airwide solutions' growth.

Mr. Wiant brings more than 25 years of experience in network communications and software industries leading companies through periods of rapid sales growth and market transition. He joins airwide from HarborWay, a business consulting company that helped guide companies through periods of rapid growth and transition.
Prior to HarborWay, Kevin was with Comverse, a provider of enhanced services solutions for communications service providers worldwide. Joining Boston Technology in 1991, Kevin had several key roles in growing the company from $25M to over $300M, including executing the strategic wireless and international sales and marketing programs. The successful growth of Boston Technology culminated in their acquisition by Comverse in 1998. With Comverse, Kevin Wiant was responsible for developing and implementing programs affecting the company's long-term marketing, product planning and business development initiatives.

Kevin's high technology career includes stints at Technology Concepts / Verizon, Telelogic, Wolfdata, General Instrument and Mostek / United Technologies, where he held positions in management, sales, business development, marketing, product management and strategic planning.
