ARTIMAN VENTURE INVESTS IN AIRWIDE SOLUTIONS

Reading, United Kingdom. - November 16, 2004 - airwidesolutions, a global provider of innovative messaging and content delivery management solutions has closed its Series C round of funding, securing an additional US$6.25 million. The additional funding sees airwide raise a total of US$16.25 million for their Series C. Artiman Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, joined existing investors Key Venture Partners, Kodiak Venture Partners and Axiom Ventures.

Vinit Nijhawan, Executive Director, airwide solutions commented, "The closure of the Series C round of funding marks a significant milestone for the company, putting us on track with our financial objectives.
"Importantly, it means that we have sufficient funding to finance growth in new regions and to invest in innovative new products in the mobile messaging and content delivery area," said Mr Nijhawan.
