Kevin A. Wood - President and CEO

Kevin  A. Wood has more than 20 years of executive management experience in technology companies. Before joining Airwide Solutions, Kevin was the President, Americas for Comverse Network Systems, a division of Comverse Technology (CMVT). Kevin spent 12 years with Comverse and predecessor company Boston Technology, in a variety of senior sales, marketing and general management roles.  During his tenure, he played a critical role in growing the company's revenue to over $1.2 billion.

Kevin is a graduate with distinction from George Washington University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow.

Wood serves on the board of advisors of several emerging growth companies in the communications industry.

Jay Seaton - Chief Marketing Officer

Jay Seaton has extensive experience in all aspects of global marketing, including corporate and product marketing, as well as channel development, product management and business development. His experience spans software, services, networking, telecom and application development segments.

Prior to joining Airwide Solutions, Jay served as CMO for GlassHouse Technologies, a leader in storage services. Previously Jay served as Vice President of Global Marketing for NaviSite, and was part of the team that grew NaviSite from startup to become the 15th most successful IPO of 1999, with revenues in excess of $100M. Jay's prior experience also includes senior marketing and sales roles with Sockeye Networks, Banyan Systems, DAVID Systems and AT&T. Jay is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Internet Professionals.

Jim Jordan - Chief Financial Officer

Jim Jordan has extensive financial experience in software, professional services, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and helping companies launch and develop financial systems and controls. Jordan has worked extensively with high-growth companies to maximize their venture capital investments, and this experience is expected to play a crucial role in Airwide's growth strategy.

Prior to joining Airwide, Jordan served as CFO for several companies, including GlassHouse Technologies, BIT9, Verrillon, Ntru and ArsDigita Corporation. Previously he held a variety of financial management positions at Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College.

Terry McCabe - Chief Technology Officer

Prior to Airwide, Terry McCabe held senior positions at Sema Group, including Vice President of Engineering and CTO.  In these roles McCabe oversaw Software Architecture, Research & Development, and Product Management in Europe and North America. These roles focused on messaging, prepaid, and value-added service applications, primarily based on wireless mobile network technologies. Terry led the company's participation in a number of standards organizations including the WAP Forum, the SMS Forum and TIA.

Previously, Terry spent eight years with Digital Equipment working in Realtime Solutions, Telecommunications, and Software usability. During his tenure, he worked on a number of Open Systems interoperability initiatives established by the European Workshop on Open Systems (EWOS).

Terry graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Adrian Kelly, Senior Vice President, Solutions and Product Management

Adrian Kelly is responsible for developing and driving Airwide’s expanding portfolio of messaging solutions into the market, and oversees the formulation and implementation of product and partner initiatives designed to address high priority operator needs in both developed and emerging markets. Kelly joins Airwide from Spinvox, where he led the product marketing and solutions organization. Prior to Spinvox, Adrian spent more than 10 years at Acision and Logica, serving in various product management, regional general management and business development roles.

Carolyn Turner - Vice President - Human Resources

Prior to joining Airwide, Carolyn Turner held a range of positions at Sema Group. After obtaining a technical grounding in IT development, she held several management and consultancy positions before specializing in staff management. She has held a variety of positions spanning the many different elements of personnel and staff management, including the position of recruitment and resources manager for Sema Group's Initial Messaging unit. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science.

Andrew Wyse - President, Global Sales and Operations

Prior to joining Airwide, Wyse served at Unisys as head of the Telco practice for EMEA before heading a European start-up as CEO. Previously, Wyse served in various senior sales and product management roles at Ericsson, worked with major mobile network operators and ultimately became managing director of an Ericsson U.K. business unit. Wyse graduated with an honors degree in electrical engineering and has completed a global executive management program that included courses at Columbia University.

Fabien Delanaud, Vice President of Operations

Fabien Delanaud has been with Airwide and its predecessor organization Schlumberger-Sema Group since 1997. He has served in three sites and many roles and including R&D, Tech Services, Support and Delivery engineer, Support and Operations Manager for Americas, Global IT manager, and Global Delivery Ops Director. Fabien is currently based in Reading, UK and has an advanced degree in telecommunications from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne (ENSTB).

Peter Sterpe, Vice President of Research & Development

Peter has more than twenty-five years of experience in software product development and consulting service delivery. He has managed engineering teams creating software products and customer facing solutions at startups like iAggregate, ArsDigita and Cering, and well-established companies such as Allaire, Interleaf, and KPMG. He also served as CTO, managing both product development and infrastructure, at CuraSpan, a software-as-a-service provider to leading hospitals in the US. Prior to joining Airwide Solutions, Peter co-founded a solutions consulting business and was also a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research covering topics of concern to application development managers such as project estimation, rescuing troubled projects and productivity measurement.

Peter holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
