R&D Sustaining Specialists, Intermediate & Senior
Location: Montreal (Longueuil), Quebec

The Sustaining team maintains real-time telecommunications software products (SMSC, MMSC, gateways, traffic reporting etc.) developed by the Airwide R&D team and supplied to Tier 1 cusstomers worldwide. We provide 4th line technical support and bug-fixing to the Operations teams and also carry out occasional Custom Development work.

Operations Engineer
This role is based in Bangkok and reports to the Sydney Operations Manager

The Asia Pacific Operations team supports customers within Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. The role involves customer support and occasional project deployment to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The team supports the full suite of Airwide Solutions products across multiple operating systems and architecture. The role will be centred on supporting customers based in Thailand in the main, however, the scope can be across the Asia Pacific region.

Solution Manager
(Solutions Marketing and Product Management)

Airwide Solutions is the market leader in next-generation mobile messaging infrastructure, applications and solutions that enable mobile operators to improve network efficiency and to rapidly introduce new revenue generating services.

To provide translation between propositions and products, in both directions. In other words, this role supports the global sales force in achieving their key targets by proposing and launching new products or propositions and working with sales to ensuring ongoing development of propositions as required by the business. Other key role is engaging with product management to shape the proposition for the products in our portfolio.

The main purpose of this position is to synthesise industry data such that important trends and relevant insights needed for business plans and situational assessments are readily available to the product management team and the business management team. In addition, the person in this role will be expected to proactively identified market trends of impact for the business.

The main purpose of this position is to take ownership of specific product lines within Airwide. The Product Manager works closely with marketing, sales, operations, and R&D to achieve specific revenue and margin objectives which support Airwide’s broader business goals. To do this, the product manager must be seen as the expert and champion of that product in the business and with our customers and to deliver a compelling product and roadmap to market that meets the needs of our customers and leads in its market space.

The role is a Software Developer role within a team whose prime responsibility is the custom development and sustaining of Airwide’s AirGate Multimedia product in R&D.

The responsibilities will be the design, development and sustain our multimedia messaging products. The development will be based on Java in Unix/Linux environment.
